Indus Systems Inc Receives 2010 Best of Concord Award
U.S. Commerce Association’s Award Plaque Honors the Achievement
NEW YORK, NY, June 2, 2010 -- Indus Systems, Inc has been selected for the 2010 Best of Concord Award in the Computer Software Development category by the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA).
The USCA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2010 USCA Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USCA and data provided by third parties.

information and asset management. DISA is the foremost DoD agency responsible for acquiring and supporting global net-centric solutions for the DoD information systems network. It provides the core information infrastructure of computers, networks, communications and applications to ensure the integration and interoperability of DoD command and control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) systems. DISA operates a large number of facilities worldwide to meet their global mission. DISA selected Indus Systems iDrawings® solution for worldwide implementation after demonstrated initial success at the Washington DC Headquarters facilities. iDrawings® has been selected as the platform of choice to be implemented on the global DISA Intranet. It will facilitate the collaboration, management, and sharing of facility information and related asset data through a web-centric solution among all stakeholders on a global basis.

| Veterans Administration (VA) Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN 6) initiates a region-wide iDrawings® implementation |
VISN 6 has long been faced with a need to address demands for accurate information related to various medical facility buildings and related assets. These include 8 medical centers covering over 6 million sq. ft. of space. Their approach to this business need is based on a holistic view of the entire Mid-Atlantic Network, which includes facilities in North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. To build an integrated view of the entire VISN requires that specific pieces of information be available for all facilities. Thus the initial phase of the implementation will focus on space utilization by service line for all facilities. Subsequent phases will expand information in discrete segments across all facilities. This is in contrast to several other regions where the different facilities built the iDrawings® facilities information system at their own discretion.

| Boston Medical Center, a major teaching hospital, recruits Indus Systems |
to assist them in preparing square footage reporting for federal grants. BMC is an urban hospital with 1.5M square feet of space covering 60 inter-connecting floors. Indus Systems’ service team verified discrepancies in their drawings and standardized their format so they can provide the federal government with accurate reporting.

| Lahey Clinic selects the iDrawings® system to manage facility infrastructure information. |
Lahey Clinic, a premier medical institution, with renowned facilities for medical education, technology, and research is planning a major expansion of its facility infrastructure. Lahey has physicians on staff at Tufts University, Harvard Medical School, and Boston University School of Medicine. The present facility, serves over 3000 patients each day, and includes a 293-bed hospital with over 480 physicians and 4600 nurses. To improve its facility management processes and procedures, Lahey is undertaking a major effort to automate the management and maintenance of the drawings and documents related to the physical infrastructure. This initial automation effort will rely on Indus Systems iDrawings® technology platform to provide a web-based solution for collaboration, access, sharing, management, and maintenance of facility drawings to facilitate a broad set of facility management processes.

| Potomac & Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) chooses iDrawings® platform |
for implementing Facilities and Asset Management Program (FAMP). PRTC is a major transportation agency providing commuter bus service along the busy I-95 and I-66 corridor in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. PRTC services a population area experiencing rapid growth with certain segments nearly tripling during1990 – 2000. PRTC has developed a Strategic Plan to address this service growth requirement. As a part of this Plan, PRTC has decided to implement an automated FAMP capability. PRTC selected Indus Systems iDrawings® solution after an extensive RFP process to implement this mission critical application to manage the service assets and implement a full service Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.

| George Washington University chooses iDrawings® platform |
to implement Furniture and Asset Management System for Residences. GW student residences are spread over three campus locations and include 38 buildings that comprise over 2 million sq. ft. of space. The iDrawings® based system will provide a capability to track and manage the entire inventory of furniture assets through a collaborative web-based application. The drawing-centered approach will identify each piece of furniture, as it is presently located in every dormitory room. A point-and-click browser interface will allow easy access to asset details. Specific data is designed to enable tracking when the furniture is put into service, vendor details, furniture specifications, and target retirement dates based on depreciation schedules. This will provide the University a capability to optimize bed counts for student housing, manage and replace depreciated assets, and maintain an accurate furniture inventory.
